It is so hard to believe that it is time to return your scripts. Please make sure that all the post notes are out of it
and that any pencil marks are erased. Make sure they are handed in by the end of the last show.

Hello cast and crew of Oliver!
We did it — and it's finally time to show off our hard work.
FOR ALL PERFORMANCES, HERE IS OUR SCHEDULE:
- 5:00 pm – Arrival (no earlier than 4pm). Costumes.
- 5:20 pm – Vocal/physical warm-up on stage (song requests welcome).
- 5:30 pm – Mic checks.
- 5:45 pm – House cleared & prepped for doors. Cast: Hair & makeup.
- 6:00 pm – Doors open.
- 6:30 pm – Show starts.
- 7:30 pm – Intermission.
No entering house, no visiting family, no microwave food, no messy food. Stay backstage.
- 7:45 pm – Cast ready for Act 2 start positions.
- 7:50 pm – Act 2 begins.
- 8:50 pm – End of show. Cast may enter the house for family photos.
- 9:00 pm – Notes in the hallway from production team.
- 9:06 pm – Full cast & crew cleanup. Costumes & items put away.
Everyone needs to help clean up and put tables back so we can all leave before 10pm. Please check in with Patty or Christine before leaving.
The Saturday matinee uses the same timeline as the evening shows.
What an incredible few months — and it all leads to the next few days.
